1. Appointment Cancellation by Patients
🔹 Cancellation Before Scheduled Date

Patients who cancel an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 100% refund.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
We encourage early cancellations to help doctors manage their schedules efficiently.
🔹 Same-Day Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

This is because the time slot is reserved exclusively and may not be reassigned on short notice.
2. No-Show Policy

If a patient fails to attend the appointment without prior cancellation, it will be considered a No-Show.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend canceling or rescheduling in advance if you are unable to attend.
3. Appointment Cancellation by Doctors

If a doctor cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances:

Patients will be offered the option to reschedule, or

Receive a full refund
We aim to minimize inconvenience and will notify users promptly.
4. Technical Issues & Payment Errors
In case of:

Failed transactions

Duplicate payments

Technical errors during booking
Please contact our support team. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed promptly.
5. Refund Processing Time

The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
