Patients who cancel their appointment at least one day prior to the scheduled booking date are eligible for a 100% refund. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during booking. We encourage timely cancellations to help doctors manage their schedules efficiently.
If a patient cancels the appointment on the same day as the scheduled consultation, they will not be eligible for a refund. This is because doctors often reserve that time specifically for the appointment and may not be able to accommodate other patients on short notice.
If a patient fails to attend the appointment without any prior notice or cancellation, it will be considered a 'No-Show', and no refund will be issued. We strongly advise patients to cancel or reschedule their appointments in advance if they are unable to attend.
If a doctor cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the patient will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We are committed to ensuring minimal disruption in such cases and will notify patients promptly.
In the event of a technical issue or an error during the payment process that leads to a failed or duplicate transaction, please contact our support team. Eligible refunds for such cases will be processed after verification.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10–12 days. Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
